When bidding ends, all auctions shall be considered final and the Bidder who submitted the highest bid shall automatically become the Buyer and owner of the Merchandise. At the end of the Sale, we will invoice all buyers from NCHCA.  Terms are ACH checking account payments.  There will be a 3.5% convenience fee added for anyone who would like to use a credit card. Buyers will have until 9 p.m. CST on Monday, March 25, 2024 to pay for their lots.  If you would like to pay via credit card, you can email Julianne Motis, [email protected], and she will send a new invoice with the convenience fee added.  Sale questions can be directed to [email protected]. Once lots are paid for, we will contact Sellers with the names of Buyers A $50 fee will be assessed on all returned checks, plus a finance charge of 15%. Failure to pay as provided above will result in a 15% finance charge in addition to the original payment. Shipping for all lots is paid for by the buyer. Lots must ship withing 60 days of the sale (May 22, 2024).  Unless other arrangements are made between the buyer and seller, any lot not shipped by the 60-day deadline may be forfeited by the buyer with no refund.  More details at highlandsale.org.
